The primary role for the lifeguard position is to ensure the safety of visitors to Celebration Key. The lifeguard will explain safety rules to patrons, warn them about unsafe situations, and enforce safety policies. Lifeguards will need to assess situations swiftly and make decisions regarding the safety of swimmers, as well as perform various rescue skills with a team of lifeguards. This position will report to the Lifeguard Supervisor, Celebration Key.
