With a focus on inclusive dining areas, the Maître D' DR strives to deliver consistent, superior service and generate revenue in line with company standards. They supervise the dining floor, manage administrative tasks, and train restaurant staff, servers, and management. Effective communication and conveying team decisions contribute to the efficiency of the Lido operation and the achievement of its KPIs. The Maître D' actively enhances the service staff's efficiency through scheduling, communication, and training strategies, exceeding guest expectations and increasing revenue.
